From Concepts to Icons: Crafting Open Compute’s Visual Identity
Over the course of our longstanding partnership with the Open Compute Foundation, #10 has embarked on a series of projects aimed at enhancing the foundation’s visual and marketing assets. Our journey together has spanned several years, witnessing the foundation’s growth and evolution alongside our creative endeavors.
Graphic and Icon Design
Our collaboration kicked off with the task of designing a comprehensive suite of icons and logos. These were not just decorative elements but visual keystones that would come to represent various projects under the foundation’s umbrella. Each icon was crafted to embody the essence of its respective project, ensuring that complex technological concepts were translated into accessible and visually appealing designs.
Infographic Development
A significant aspect of our work involved the creation of infographics. The goal here was to distill complex concepts into easily digestible visual formats, making the foundation’s initiatives understandable to a broader audience. These infographics served as educational tools, bridging the gap between specialized technical knowledge and the general public’s awareness.
Trade Show and Event Graphics
Our collaboration further extended to designing graphics for trade shows and other events. These materials were tailored to showcase the Open Compute Project’s presence at industry gatherings, including its annual summit and regional trade shows. Our designs aimed to capture the attention of attendees, drawing them into the foundation’s innovative world and fostering engagement with its projects and goals.
